Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are neither commercial nor related to an independent professional activity.

At AREZ BATIMENT, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe and transparent shopping experience. In accordance with current legislation, we have established a clear and simple withdrawal policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In compliance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Client has 14 calendar days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any reason or incur penalties.

• Withdrawal Period: The 14-day period begins on the day the Client or an authorized third party receives the product.

2. Withdrawal Procedure

• Notify our customer service team by e-mail, using the withdrawal form available on our website.

• Prepare the package: The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and with all included accessories.

3. Return Conditions

• The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
• Returns are free, thanks to the prepaid return label provided.
• If the return conditions are not met, AREZ BATIMENT reserves the right to refuse the refund.

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund, including initial shipping fees (if applicable), within 7 business days of receipt.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
• Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
