MARINARA OVEN – PIZZA LINE – DIRECT COOKING
Oven with practical cooking space of 80 x 80 cm. Equipped with a practical stainless steel trolley with a support surface, wheels and tool hooks, a wooden holding plate, an ember preparation tool, a smoke extractor with smoke control valve and cap and a fire door. The fire surface is made of high-quality, fireproof fireclay that is certified for use in food. The internal structure is made of stainless steel, while the external structure is made of electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paints to ensure maximum resistance to heat, atmospheric agents and rust. The oven insulation is made from natural rock wool and provides better temperature control and prevents the external structure from overheating.

DIRECT COOKING
Our wood stoves reach operating temperature in less than 20 minutes. Fontana wood-burning ovens use very little wood (up to 80% less than a traditional oven) and are portable. Now, in the same time it takes the oven to heat up, it is possible to prepare and prepare a pizza in the most authentic Italian tradition, right in your own garden.

100% MADE IN FONTANA
Our ovens are made from the best steels with extra generous thicknesses (2.5 mm), 12 centimeters thick insulation and galvanized and painted sheets to withstand inclement weather. Other brands and manufacturers use less noble materials, lower thicknesses and surface insulation, which compromises the oven’s performance, heat retention and long-term reliability of the product.
