MARINARA GAS OVEN – PIZZA LINE – DIRECT COOKING
Oven with 80×80 cm cooking space. Equipped with a practical stainless steel trolley with support surface, wheels and tool hooks, it is equipped with a smoke extractor equipped with a smoke control valve and a cap that closes the door on the fire opening. The fire surface is made of high-quality, fireproof fireclay that is certified for use in food. The internal structure is made of stainless steel, while the external structure is made of electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paints to ensure maximum resistance to heat, atmospheric agents and rust. The oven insulation is made from natural rock wool and provides better temperature control and prevents the external structure from overheating.
DIRECT COOKING
The GAS ovens are CE, ETL and CSA certified, meaning they are built to the strictest European and North American safety regulations. GAS combustion stoves offer the same performance as wood stoves, but with the convenience of gas fuel. Margherita Gas and Mangiafuoco Gas are prepared for the use of liquid gas or can be converted to use with methane using the practical kit. Gas ovens produce no ash or cooking residue and are easy to maintain with minimal cleaning required.
100% MADE IN FONTANA
Our ovens are made from the best steels with extra generous thicknesses (2.5 mm), 12 centimeters thick insulation and galvanized and painted sheets to withstand inclement weather. Other brands and manufacturers use less noble materials, lower thicknesses and surface insulation, which compromises the oven’s performance, heat retention and long-term reliability of the product. In addition, the vaults of the ovens, the element most exposed to fire, are welded throughout, without spot welding or bolted parts that could not withstand the stress of fire for a long time, allowing us to offer a 6-year guarantee on the bunker. To ensure long life and reliability of the product, Fontana is also the only company to offer a 6mm thick Corten steel flame arrester that protects the vault from the stresses of fire.
