DIRECT COOKING
Our wood-fired ovens reach operating temperature in less than 20 minutes. Fontana wood stoves have very low wood consumption (up to 80% less than a traditional stove) and are portable. Now, in the same time it takes the oven to heat up, it is possible to prepare and bake a pizza in the most authentic Italian tradition, right in your own outdoor garden.

100% MADE IN FONTANA
Our ovens are made from the finest steels with extra generous thickness (2.5mm), 12cm thick insulation and galvanized and painted sheet metal to withstand the elements. Other brands and manufacturers use less refined materials, thicknesses and surface insulation, which reduces oven performance, heat retention and long-term product reliability. In addition, the vaults of the ovens, the element most exposed to fire, are all welded throughout, without spot welding or screwed parts that could not withstand the stresses of the fire for a long time and which allow us to offer a 6-year guarantee the safe. To promote a further guarantee of long life and reliability of the product, Fontana is the only company to offer a 6mm thick steel Corten flame strike that protects the vault from the stresses of fire.
