CLEVER VENTILATION SYSTEM
CLEVER is a completely renewed ventilation system that allows you to reach 250 ° C in 25 minutes (*) using only 1.5 kg of wood, responding positively to energy saving and efficiency requirements. The fan located on the back wall of the oven allows the fumes generated by the food to be extracted, thus removing any moisture from the cooking space. At the same time, the heat that goes directly from the combustion chamber to the bottom of the cooking space passes through an obligatory rotational path thanks to the force exerted by the fan. This pushes the heat from the back of the oven to the front, where it escapes through small holes at the front: this not only allows perfectly homogeneous cooking, but also avoids the sudden escape of heat when the oven is opened, causing a… .air barrier. *Temperature and times are based on a 45×80 oven.
INDIRECT COOKING
In an indirect cooking wood stove, combustion occurs in a chamber separate from the chamber in which the food is cooked, isolating the two chambers from each other. In this way the smoke does not come into contact with the preparations and is removed via the smoke outlet. This feature allows the oven to prepare multiple dishes at the same time, satisfying the desires of the most demanding cooking enthusiasts. This type of oven, thanks to its particular construction technology, is able to reach high temperatures in a short time, maintaining a constant temperature and allowing cooking for many hours, reducing the preheating times of typical traditional ovens. The system also allows you to use very little wood for cooking, which is extremely practical and represents a significant saving of time and money.

Thanks to the sturdy wheels, the stove can be placed anywhere and stored in the shed during the winter months.
