Grill oven made of anthracite-colored, electro-galvanized steel and stainless steel. The cooking surface is 45 x 110 cm and offers space for approx. 15 place settings. The trolley is equipped with wheels and offers space for all the accessories supplied. Pizza;Cucina is equipped with a device for regulating the flame intensity and a practical ash recovery and drainage system.
EASE
Ignition is extremely easy since the combustion chamber is specifically designed to facilitate this process and ensure stable and even heat distribution with each accessory. The practical ash drawer makes cleaning work easier.

OVEN CONFIGURATION
You can choose the one that suits you best between the 6 combinations. Easy to assemble, versatile in terms of preparation, an incredible variety of flavors.
OVEN
By placing the brazier as a container for the wood and the refractory plate in the firebox, we configure our oven for the traditional baking of pizza and bread. The fire is lit and fed via the fire pit on the side. With this revolutionary oven you can reach the temperature required for pizza in just 10 minutes.
GRILL
By placing the charcoal in the large steel ember container, positioning the sturdy cast iron grates with high thermal efficiency and lowering the lid, we can create the ideal environment for indirect cooking of all dishes, especially thick dishes that need to be cooked slower and longer penetrating Cook. In the grill configuration, charcoal is used as fuel, which is placed on the large fire bowl and filled with ethanol or fire gel in the practical steel container.
SMOKER
The art of smoking a fish or a piece of meat perfectly lies entirely in the personal recipe of the flavors and woods for the smoker, but also in choosing the right tools. In this configuration the fire must be started in a small way in the main brazier and the charcoal plate in this case must be used as a container for the aromas and perfumes used. The lid must remain closed, as must the inlet with the included door.
PLANCHA
Real cooking on a cast iron plancha, now also possible on a wood stove. The finest dishes, fish and shellfish find their ideal cooking support here. The wood must be placed in the main burning bowl and the plancha must be positioned on the top edge of the grill. The lid remains open and the chimney supplied must be placed on the corresponding smoke exhaust opening.
WOK
Also included in the accessory package is a wok for preparing oriental dishes and delicately frying vegetables and fish. The configuration includes positioning the plancha at the top of the grill, the combustion carried out in the main burn basin and inserting the wok pan by removing the cast iron disc in the center of the plancha.
GRILL
Using the same configuration as the grill and lighting the charcoal with the fire gel container, we can create powerful embers in just 20 minutes. We leave the oven lid open for the most classic charcoal grill.
