It’s also ideal for smoking ribs, briskets, roasts and more by adjusting the bottom vents to the “smoke” setting, which regulates the airflow directed at the flames for slow, even cooking. Thanks to the large stainless steel cooking grate that remains unchanged for years, you can easily feed an army and cook multiple dishes at the same time.
